About

I was born as a child of the art framing and restoration craftsman in Japan. I ​grew up surrounded by many beautiful handmade papers and fascinated by art ​that his customers brought in..

As it was natural for me to pursue art career, I went to the art college majoring ​Graphic design.

Although I didn’t take over my father’s business, I have decided to continue the ​name of the familybusiness’ small shop “Un-Rin-Do” which means “Cloud and ​Woods Atelier” then modified the name to “Cloud and Forest Studio”.
